Ian Mackay is a nationally recognized trail advocate, daily user of the Olympic Discovery Trail, and a sponsor of the Peninsula Trails Coalition. Read, Ride and Reconnect along the Olympic Discovery Trail in Port Townsend on Sunday, March 21 at 2:00 PM. The ride starts at the Milo Curry Trailhead and travels along the Larry Scott Trail/Olympic Discovery Trail to the Port Townsend Boat Haven, with an aid station at the Cape George Trailhead. This section of the trail is accessible and doable for most accessibility devices, as well as cyclists and riders of all levels. This event was inspired by the library's community read program.
