Purpose 2025-02 9/1/2025 $ 1,000.00 The Production Alliance, Farm Tour ad Inv. 1253 2025-03 10/11/2025 $ 2,730.50 Olympic Culinary Loop, Marketing Exp. TB 3Q2025 OCL participated with TPA (The Production Alliance) to collaborate on promotion of Jefferson County Farm Tour 2025. This was in addition to OCL’s 4-county-wide Olympic Peninsula marketing via social media, website and print, largely distributed through Certified Folder on all WS Ferry runs, and along I-5, inclusive of PDX and SEA airports. OCL also continued collaboration with OPTC (Olympic Peninsula Tourism Commission) to welcome media writers and product managers for FAM Tours. These will be realized via global media and international travelers booking Olympic Peninsula packages in the coming years. 3. LTAC funds balance remaining 3rd QTR: $7,016.33 4. Please attach your organization’s report for all revenue, marketing, services, programs and activities for the quarter of July through September (3rd) quarter. • OCL continues to market and support management of culinary and agritourism festivals around the LOOP. successful organizational and operational assistance with the Farm Tour and Apple and Cider Festival. • The Federal impacts continue to impact international travel, with Government shutdown greatly impacting NOAA’s stewardship of Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary OA (Ocean Acidification) study, and their staff’s inability to conduct outreach at Dungeness CrabFest and support the annual October Seafood Watch education events. • This report and any attachments may be subject to disclosure as a public record under the Public Records Act, RCW Chapter 42.56. A minimum of six years, you must maintain documented proof of payments made, contracts executed and other expenditures authorized under your Agreement with Jefferson County. Upon reasonable notice, you must be able to provide access to County or State representatives to audit those records.
