The Recreation and Conservation Office is seeking comments on proposed changes to the Nonhighway and Off-road Vehicle Activities program Trails <https://rco.wa.gov/grant/nonhighway-and-off-road-vehic
le-activities-program-trails/> and Education and Enforcement <https://rco.wa.gov/grant/nonhighway-and-off-road-vehicle-activities-education/> categories. These changes relate to introducing
longer-term grants and raising grant limits in the Offroad Vehicle category, and evaluation criteria.
