SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CASE#BLD08-00511: •
1.) Application was reviewed in Development review meeting on November 12, 2008 to
determine if a consistency review or shoreline permit is required. The administrator
determined that due to the 6 X 4 foot addition to an existing cement pad no consistency or
shoreline permit would be required. The location of the existing cement pad is no further
waterward and does not extend beyond existing chlorine room as identified on submitted
site plan. Applicant stated proposed pad is 70 feet from ordinary high water mark. The
building permit is for a heat pump only.
