Notes for Reviewers
▪ Yellow highlights need to be addressed by staff before the Public Hearing Draft.
▪ Green highlights are edits by BERK in advance of the attorney’s office review draft. These should be
incorporated into the public hearing draft after we get comments back from the attorney’s office.
▪ Blue highlights are notes to aid in public review. These can be left for the Public Hearing Draft but
should be deleted prior to final adoption. Some blue highlights are shown as deleted text in tracks
and can be removed prior to the Public Hearing Draft (these were for review of the Public Review
Draft). Note also that cross-references to goal and policies in other elements are shaded blue—
these should be reviewed prior to final adoption to make sure the numbering is correct (and the
highlight can then be removed).
