(FAC)
Special Meeting Minutes
Wednesday February 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
55 Second Street, Friday Harbor, WA
(HYBRID)
Members: Chair Tom Thiersch,Commissioner Heather Dudley-Nollette,Adam Levin,Nicole Gauthier,
Steve King,and Diana Grunow
Call to Order: San Juan Island County Ferry Advisory Committee Chair Swanson called the San
Juan Island Ferry Advisory Committee (SJI FAC) to order at the appointed time. All final action
taken at the meeting was by SJI FAC members.
Approval of Previous Minutes: tabled for later in the meeting.
Public Comment: SJI FAC Chair Swanson opened the floor for public comments, and no
comments were received.
Call to Order Chair Thiersch called the special meeting of the Jefferson County/Port Townsend
Ferry Advisory Committee(FAC)to order in the presence of Members Grunow and Gauthier at
9:30 a.m. The purpose of the Special Meeting was to allow the Jefferson County FAC to join the
SJI FAC discussion with WSF on TRM.
Presentation and Discussion re: Ticketing and Reservations Modernization (TRM) project:
WSF Community and Legislative Liaison Tally Teal provided the attendees with WSF updates on
the Ticketing and Reservation Modernization(TRM)project and answered questions posed by the
Committees.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Chair Thiersch adjourned the Jefferson County FAC meeting at
9:54 a.m. until the next regular or special meeting FAC as properly noticed. The SJI FAC meeting
continued on the rest of its agenda without the presence of a quorum of the Jefferson County FAC.
