Dear Jefferson County Residents and Friends, March 9, 2026
Building on the success and growth of similar events over the last several years, we’re pleased to
invite you to the 2026 Jefferson County Connectivity Summit. The Summit is an opportunity to
deepen and celebrate our community connections, building relationships that transcend physical,
generational, and cultural boundaries. Thanks to the expert coordination and planning by The
Production Alliance, we’re very excited for this opportunity to partner with you to co-create
systems that help all of us thrive!
Jefferson County has commissioned further development of the Connectivity Summit to achieve
several of our Strategic Initiatives toward improving community resilience and supporting thriving
people. These initiatives include:
● Increasing opportunities for informed and effective civic engagement and participation in
public forums and virtual events to promote a safe and healthy community.
● Engaging with partners, schools, businesses, residents, tribes, and community organizations
to plan and promote health and safety programs and practices.
● Celebrating the culture, heritage, and diversity of the people in Jefferson County through
events and programming.
● Increasing the availability of youth-focused activities to offer more opportunities for youth to
be engaged in community life.

The Summit includes a day of youth-centered programming, a day of facilitated conversations and
exhibits around the pressing issues facing our communities, and a final day to wrap-up the
weekend and prepare us to carry the connections forward. Each day will be innovative and fun,
creating a unique engagement opportunity for you to learn more about your community, drive the
conversations as active participants, and join in the work to make a difference.
Thanks for joining us again this year on March 27, 28, and 29 at our beautiful Fort Worden Campus
and Jefferson County Fairgrounds. See you there!
Sincerely,
