Good Morning,
I have attached additional communications and maps I have received from the petitioners. We are still getting the hearing materials uploadedinto the Laserfiche folder sorry for the delay. The portion of the road that is requested to be vacated is serving 622 and 624 Mumby Rd both thepetitioners properties. 421 Mumby Rd would be at the new end of Mumby if the vacation is ultimately approved. The vacation request would notchange the physical characteristics of the road only underlying ownership and maintenance responsibility.
A new connection between the end of Fort Gate Road and Mumby isn’t feasible. Fort Gate is a private road beyond parcel 021202037.
Thanks!

Josh,
Looking at the map it appears that section of Mumby Road is needed to access two existing SFR’s. Please confirm.
I also have concerns regarding ingress/egress during an evacuation (tsunami/wildfire).
It seems logical to have Mumby connect to the end of Fort Gate Road for these purposes.
Regardless of what gets approved, I need compliance with NFPA Appendix D, so we can get our engines and ambulances turned around. A fewyears ago we got an ambulance stuck in that spot and it was a nightmare to get it out, resulting in damage to the vehicle.
Thank you,
