I am over the age of 18, I am a Real Property Specialist for Jefferson County, I am competent to be a witness, and I make this declaration based on facts within my own personal knowledge. 2. Attached to this declaration is a true and correct copy of the form of Notice of Petition to Vacate Portions of Road Rights -of -Way, which I personally posted on February 261n, 2026, at the western most terminus of Mumby Road and 184 feet east of the terminus both ends of the Subject Right of Way shown in the attached notice. 3. Also attached are true and correct copies of photos which I took after posting each Notice. The Jefferson County Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on March 27, 2026 to consider the request to vacate these road rights -of -way. This is a remote meeting, you are welcome to attend via phone or online via Zoom.
