This easement is not referenced by AFN number on the record of survey and Jefferson County Public Works could not locate the easement. Petitioner states he believes an easement was granted for the utility lines many years ago and has no opposition to granting one if needed. Please confirm that I am correct in my understanding you would be willing to grant a utility easement if needed as a condition for the vacation. I have reviewed the application and do not see a reason you cannot order the appraisal that would be needed.
