The rule does not require any particular user to have insurance to light off fireworks in that limited space on those limited times. It is a use at your own risk situation…

Subject: Fireworks in Quilcene
Hi Eron,
This morning, Shelly Yarnell told the BOCC that the Port thought my fireworks shows were insured. Is that true? I thought I had made it clear that I am unlicensed and uninsured.
Will this affect the rule change that was made to allow our shows on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve?
