During this session, we’ll walk through the process for maximizing federal clean energy incentives while they remain available. Topics will include the elective pay (direct payment)
framework, strategies for combining multiple funding streams, and the current landscape and challenges for accessing clean energy incentives.
We’ll also highlight free services available through the Washington Clean Energy Tax Credit Assistance Program (WA CETCAP), including a real-world case study from King County that demonstrates
how local governments can successfully navigate federal clean energy incentives with CETCAP support.
