CONDITIONS for Building Permit# :BLD09-00276
1.) This structure is approved ONLY as an office based on the capacity of the onsite sewage
sytem. It is not approved as an ADU or satelite bedroom. The built-in bed and all kitchen
facilities shall be removed prior to final approval. Verification shall be by inspection of the
Building or Health department.
2.) All water lines shall be 10' from all septic system components unless prior approval is
obtained from the Health Department.
3.) See BLD09-00542 for conditions that apply to this property and may apply to this case.
4.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs) to control stormwater,
erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to
stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater
and drainage control systems.
5.) The project shall comply with Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention (SWPP)
Elements#1 through #12 of the Department of Ecology's Stormwater Management
Manual for Western Washington to control stormwater, erosion and sediment during
construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to stabilize soil exposed during
construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater and drainage control systems.
