Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's: Change Order No. 7 is a $12,694.00 (plus 9.2% WSST) increase to the Ovivo contract. The proposed change to the contract is an additional site visit for Ovivo's intergrator during the performance testing of the Port Hadlock UGA Water Reclamation Facility. The week long site visit occurred between October 13 - 16, 2025. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: Change Order No. 7 adds $12,694.00 (plus 9.2% WSST) to the total contract price. The contract increases from $1,815,335.35 (plus WSST) to $1,828,029.35 (plus WSST). The project is funded at 100% by the Department of Commerce through the American Rescue Plan Act, State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board sign Change Order No. 7 where indicated and return signed change order to Public Works. We work directly with clients to commission,optimize,support,and enhance the operation of your treatment facility. Standard Rate Overtime Rate Labor Classification Mon-Fri Evenings,anytime over Bhrs/day and holidays In-House Programming Support $160/hr $240/hr Technical Services $180/hr $270/hr Engineer/Project Manager $190/hr $285/hr Onsite Controls/Instrumentation $200/hr $300/hr Travel Time (To and from site) As per above rates NOTES • Minimum charge for a service call is 4 hrs • Overtime is defined as any hours over 8 hrs per day • Pates apply from the time the employee departs the shop/office until return (includes time required to obtain materials and equipment) • All rates in USD • Rates do not include tax.
