CALL TO ORDER, INTRODUCTIONS, and ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM - LEPC Chair 2. PUBLIC COMMENT (10 min total) LEPC Chair, LEPC Coordinator 3. DISCUSSION and POTENTIAL APPROVAL OF February 11, 2026, MEETING MINUTES, LEPC Coordinator 4. SPILL PREVENTION, PREPAREDNESS, RESPONSE PROGRAM – SPILL REPORT, Josh Coulter, Department of Ecology Spills 5. NAVAL MAGAZINE INDIAN ISLAND AOR & OIL SPILL RESPONSE PRESENTATION – Tim Callister, Naval Magazine Indian Island Emergency Management Officer. Tim will highlight Indian Island’s AOR and capabilities to respond to an oil spill and minimize impacts to natural and cultural resources. He will identify local and region wide equipment as well as a short list of any spills at Indian Island in the past few years. 6. DISCUSSION and POTENTIAL APPROVAL OF NEW LEPC Member - LEPC Coordinator - Amy Hall (Jefferson Transit Authority, is filling a vacant position that will expire on 07/08/26.
