CONDITIONS for Building Permit# :BLD 10-00115
1.) See SPAAD approval MLA09-00073 for conditions that apply to this property and project.
2.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs) to control stormwater,
erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to
stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater
and drainage control systems.
3.) A Stormwater Plan has been submitted and approved by the Department of Community
Development. Once the subject permit has been issued the applicant shall fully
implement the provisions of the submitted plan and contact the Jefferson County
Department of Community Development to arrange a schedule to inspect the property for
plan compliance. A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the Department
verifies plan compliance. No clearing for roadways or utilities shall occur on the project
site until clearing necessary for the installation of temporary sedimentation and erosion
control measures have been completed.

Subject: Parcel 502-155-004, Geotechnical Report Dated April 22, 2008,
Drainage Requirement
Dear Mr. Wilson:
As I understand it, there has been some confusion regarding the applicability of
Recommendation 4 on page 8 of the subject geotechnical report and you desired
clarification.
Following our conversation yesterday I reviewed the subject geotechnical report.
The list of recommendations contains several that are standard for many
different types of reports. In many cases the geotechnical report is completed
and others finish the project without further input from our firm. We include these
standard recommendations to provide guidance for designers and constructors,
especially in the event that the design is changed from what was envisioned at
the time our geotechnical report was prepared.
In this case, recommendation 4 on page 8 of the subject geotechnical report,
dealing with drainage is not applicable and may be disregarded.
Recommendation 4 will remain in force in the event that another, substantially
different, project is proposed for the site and the geotechnical report is not
updated.
