The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners meets on Mondays (April 6, 13, 20, and 27) beginning at 9:00 AM. Attending the East Jefferson Trails Connections Meeting is an opportunity to get better acquainted with our neighbors as we coordinate efforts to build the trail connecting the Sound to Olympics (STO) with the Olympic Discovery Trail between Hood Canal and Discovery Bay. Connecting our Trail Towns (Port Ludlow, Quilcene, Chimacum, Port Hadlock) to the Olympic Discovery Trail from the Hood Canal Bridge to Discovery Bay is a priority. Patty Schmucker led an engaging AI workshop designed specifically for professionals, business owners, and local community leaders, offering practical insights on how to leverage emerging technology.
