Meeting documents can be accessed at the following website https://test.co.jefferson.wa.us/WeblinkExternal/Browse.aspx?startid=2758434&dbid=0&repo=Jefferson Submitting Public Comments: Citizens can submit public comments remotely by email regarding items listed in the agenda below. Board members and staff will read and consider your comments before the meeting. Email your comments by 12:00pm the day before the meeting using this email address: pubworks@co.jefferson.wa.us Logistics: Transportation is not provided. Carpools can be arranged informally between members in advance of the meeting. Please bring water bottle, lunch, appropriate clothing for walking in weather, and footwear. There will be time to sit down at a picnic table for a sack lunch at Lake Leland Campground – but that is towards the end of the tour so you might want to bring a lunch or snacks you can eat on the go as well. Tour de-brief can occur at Lake Leland Campground, as well as time to complete surveys. The best possible system for the surveys is to complete them during the tour and turn them in at the end of the tour. Taking them home for later has not worked out well in the past. OPMA: The OPMA requires the board to have a quorum or cancel the meeting. It also requires the public to be able to attend the meeting. Therefore, the board will need to follow the tour schedule.
