Hello,
I am a researcher at the University of Kentucky conducting research on how communities are shaped by disasters. I am asking those working in local government like you across the country
to share insights on your community and its experiences through a brief, anonymous survey that takes about 15 minutes to complete. Participation is entirely voluntary.
We hope you will participate in the survey whether your community has recently experienced a disaster or not.
The survey is administered through Qualtrics and can be accessed here, and this link may be shared with others:
