2. Open Public Comment – no comments
3. Request for additional agenda items - no additional items
4. Call for approval of February 18, 2026, Minutes – moved by Heidi, seconded by Heather
5. Reports
• Expenditure Reports – Brenda – through Feb payroll
a. Folks did a good job holding expenditures down as asked
b. Target 12.5%. Discussed the few areas over for expenditures – General Fund:
Elections, Community Services, Coroner and Operating Transfers. Other Funds:
Noxious Weeds, Hotel-Motel, Law Library, Trial Court Improvement, Jeff Co
Affordable Housing, Homeless Housing, REET, Veterans Relief. Many are due
to timing of grants / subscriptions.
• Revenue Reports - Stacie
a. General Fund at 10.2%, Other Funds at 14.7% of annual budget.
b. Sales Tax down from budget, prior year. REET also down. Hotel/Motel not as
bad as the others. See reports.
