Board; Citizen- District 2; Scott Rogers
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On April 12, 2026, the Public Infrastructure Fund Board Citizen—District 2 representative, Scott Rogers,
resigned from his position on this board. His term will expire on November 11, 2026, and he has chosen to
resign before his term expires.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the Public Infrastructure Fund Board Citizen—District 2 representative resignation and sign the
thank you letter for his board service.
