Advisory Board appointment(1)re: Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC);
Industry Representative
Analysis:
Public Works received a request from Mr. Keith Dixon for appointment to SWAC and Mr.
Dixon was interviewed by a subcommittee of the Solid Waste Advisory Committee on April 8,
2026. The subcommittee agreed that his experience in local agriculture, as an entrepreneur who
has started a food waste composting business, and as a Board member of StrongerTowns would
benefit the SWAC and voted unanimously to recommend his appointment.
Recommendation:
Approve Mr. Dixon's appointment to the SWAC and update the SWAC membership list
accordingly.
