Construction returns to US 101 near Ruby Beach with reduced speeds and one-lane travel
FORKS – People who use US 101 near Ruby Beach will see work resume that requires temporary changes to the roadway.
What to expect
Beginning Monday, April 20, the speed limit on US 101 will be reduced from 55 mph to 25 mph from milepost 162.93 to milepost 163.51.
People will also see the return of temporary traffic lights that allow single-lane alternating travel. Travelers will see the lights in use around the clock through fall.
