SUBJECT: ADVISORY COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT (1) re: Local Emergency
Planning Committee (LEPC); Jefferson Transit Authority Representative; Amy
Hall
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On April 8, 2026,the LEPC committee took the following action to approve the appointment of Amy Hall for
the role of Jefferson Transit Authority representative.An application was sent to Bradley Brooks,LEPC clerk,
from Amy Hall to express her desire to serve on the committee.
ANALYSIS:
It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioner's approve the following advisory
committee appointment:
• Amy Hall—Representing the Jefferson Transit Authority beginning on April 27, 2026.
Serving an unexpired term to end on July 8, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve the letter of appointment to the Local Emergency Planning Committee:
• Amy Hall, Jefferson Transit Authority Representative
