STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Accept Recommendation from Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board to Appoint Richard Hefley, District
#3, Unexpired Term Expires 2/11/12
ANALYSIS:
Per RCW 17.10.050 - The applicant has submitted a petition which was certified sufficient by the Jefferson County
Elections Department The Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board held a public hearing; posted the name
at the Courthouse; published the name in the newspaper of record and submitted the names to the County
Commissioners for consideration of appointment to the JC Noxious Weed Control Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept Recommendation from Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board to Appoint Richard Hefley, District
#3, Unexpired Term Expires 2/11/12
