Weeknight road work planned for US 101 in Blyn, Gardiner
BLYN – If the weather cooperates, nighttime travelers who use US 101 in Blyn and Gardiner can expect weeknight one-way alternating traffic.
Blyn roadwork
8 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Thursday nights, April 27-30, and the following Monday and Tuesday nights, May 4-5, construction crews will reduce US 101 to one lane approaching Deerhawk
Drive.
* Reduced speed limit through the work zone.
* Flaggers will alternate traffic, one direction at a time.
Gardiner roadwork
8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday and Tuesday nights, May 4-5, people will see one-way alternating traffic east of Gardiner.
* Reduced speed limit through the work zone.
* Flaggers will alternate traffic, one direction at a time.
During this time, contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will make repairs to the roadway and finish paving. In late May, crews will return to
finish permanent striping in both locations during nighttime hours.
