Call for Bids
Statement of Issue:
Call for bids, Jefferson County Courthouse Roof Stabilization Project
County Project No.: 301 5941839
This call for bids is to request bids for repairs and upgrades to the main roof structure
of the Jefferson County Courthouse, a National Historic landmark.
Analysis/Strategic GoalslPro's & Con's:
This Project supports Jefferson County's Strategic Plan, Goal #6, Adequate Facilities
for work and play.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
County funds have been allocated. At a minimum, funding in the form of
reimbursement from the Washington State Historic Courthouse Grant Program has
been secured in the amount of $300,000. The matching funds for this Grant are
provided through prior work, and a portion of the County share.
Recommendation:
We recommend that the Call for Bids is approved by the BoCC. Please sign and return
to Public Works.
