McLean BEFORE THE HEARING EXAMINER FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY Application for Preliminary Plat approval, submitted by PLEASANT HARBOR MARINA AND GOLF RESORT, LLP, Applicant _______________________________ ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) File No. SUB2023-00025 NOTICE AND ORDER INVITING RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR RECONSIDERATION Consistent with the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner Rules of Procedure, Sec. 6.5.C, this Order reopens the record to provide all parties of record with an opportunity to submit responses or legal briefs addressing the attached Requests for Reconsideration received by the Hearing Examiner’s Office. The file for this matter may be reviewed online on the County’s website at: https://www.co.jefferson.wa.us/727/Pleasant-Harbor-Master-Planned-Resort All parties of record to the hearing process for the above-captioned matter are advised that they shall have until Monday, May 11th, at 4pm, to submit written briefs addressing the specific issues raised in the attached Requests for Reconsideration. SUB2023-00025 Page 2 of 2 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 JEFFERSON COUNTY HEARING EXAMINER 621 SHERIDAN STREET PORT TOWNSEND, WA 98368 The service and filing deadline shall be 4:00 p.m., though items should be served no later than 3:00 p.m. on the due date, to allow parties to confirm receipt or complete transmittals/receipt of materials by close of business. Any written responses to a Request for Reconsideration must be based upon evidence and information already included in the record and may not be based upon new evidence or facts that could have been raised during the hearing process. Responses shall be limited to addressing the issues raised in the Request for Reconsideration, as arguments raising additional grounds for reconsideration would be untimely. The Examiner will take the request and any timely responses under advisement and seek to issue a written decision as soon as possible.
