$0.00 Revival Gatherings is sGll waiGng on the County’s legal team to revise the contract so that our fiscal
sponsor feels comfortable signing it… Right now it states that the fiscal sponsor needs to carry $1,000,000
liability insurance for all of Revival’s events in Jefferson County. But being that they are simply a pass-
through enGty, this seems like a gross overstatement of their responsibiliGes. Back in February, I emailed
Adiel and the County’s legal team 2 very small sentence changes, but the legal team hasn’t had the Gme to
review or respond yet 2 months later. We’re really needing to square this away in our budget as soon as
possible, and would appreciate any concerted efforts to moving this maXer forward. Thank you.

1. Executive Summary
Revival Gatherings hosts large public events that bring people together in service of Community,
Education, Cultural Bridging, Creativity & Celebration.
This quarter we announced, marketed and sold tickets to several events, 3 of which are in
Jefferson County:
1. The 200 person Anthems Album Recording (Jan 17th 2026 in Port Townsend WA)
2. The 150 person MANiFest Men’s Weekend (June 24-29th 2026 in Chimacum WA)
3. The 500 person Summer Revival Weekend (July 30 - Aug 3rd 2026 in Chimacum WA)
These events are bringing people from all across the continent to stay in Jefferson County,
highlighting the Olympic Peninsula as a bastion for cultural affairs and cutting edge arts.

4. Marketing & Outreach:
Revival Gatherings has spent a total of $8,400 on marketing in Q1 so far. These funds
were spent on paid advertisements, marketing teams, local advisors, software costs,
printed posters, etc.
The results have garnered over 40,000 impressions on various social media platforms,
over 10,000 unique visits to Revival’s website, over 8,000 unique views through our
newsletter campaigns, over 200 people traveling to Port Townsend, 25+ affiliate
marketing partners, and over 500 people purchasing tickets for future events in Jefferson
County.
