The Defense Community Compatibility Account program will share details of projects proposed to benefit communities influenced by military presence

DCCA grants fund compatible development and infrastructure projects that affect the economy, environment or quality of life opportunities for communities influenced by military presence.
Example projects include land acquisition, recovery and protection of endangered species, local infrastructure, affordable housing, retrofitting existing uses, economic development
and job replacement.
After the public hearing, projects will be scored, ranked and submitted to the Legislature for funding consideration during the 2027 legislative session.
