The stalled hotel foundation is now being demolished by Dickson Demolition. That’s to be the site of the Altaire at East Main. Those are to have 927 units and a 121-room hotel component in the lower floors of the west tower. And there's a new name for the project: Aero1200. The hotel, once branded as a Sonder, will instead be dubbed Aerolux.
