Morning Adiel,
The meeting expenses would fall under the Tourism Data Project. We did a membership event
in March to kick off & demo Placer ai.

Hi Adiel,
The accountant ran longer than expected, sorry for the delay.
I'm taking a simpler approach this time and only attached a 1st Quarter 2026 LTAC Income and
Expense report along with your LTAC report. I highlighted the total LTAC funds received as
income and the "total" 1st Quarter expenses, knowing these QuickBooks reports can be
confusing with all the accounts and sub totals. I hope this is easier to see how I calculated your
numbers.
Let me know if you have any questions and sorry for the delay in reporting.
