comprehensive land use plan and associated
development regulations every ten years, including its
population allocation and critical areas ordinances.”

Foundational Planning Data for Periodic Review
❑Plan for an additional 5,900 people by 2045
❑Allocate 80% population (4,720) to Urban areas and 20% to Rural areas (1,180)
❑Apportion population between county and City of Port Townsend
40% population allocation to City of Port Townsend = 2,360
40% population allocation to county urban areas = 2,360
20% County Rural Areas = 1,180
