The facility incorporates Merrell Bros.’ patented Solar-Thermal Pasteurization system, using enclosed greenhouse drying, controlled oven pasteurization and pelletization to convert biosolids into KenneGro, a marketable Class A fertilizer product. This open house will bring together public leaders, engineers, wastewater professionals and industry stakeholders for a guided look at the facility, the technology behind it, and how each stage of the system supports improved odor control, reduced long-term costs and future-ready municipal operations.
