Remainder of SR 104 Hood Canal Bridge overnight closures no longer needed
Shock absorber work completed ahead of schedule
SHINE – Overnight travelers on State Route 104 no longer need to worry about Hood Canal Bridge closures.

morning, May 19. This means the closures scheduled for May 19-21 and May 26-28 are no longer needed. Instead, the bridge will operate as normal. The span will remain open to traffic
subject to typical closures for marine vessels.
Work will continue during daytime hours on the bridge’s center locks. This work occurs while the bridge is open to traffic.
