Trevor - Shelter - still full, max capacity, people are looking for a place to go during the day. Doing some painting and fixing the floor. Replacing appliances. Centrum gave them 2 ranges.  Apple - is anyone in touch with O3A? Emergency Management - Vulnerable adult meeting Conversation about who is attending this meeting. Population Health Specialist at the Hospital.   Peggy Webster - CoC and Congregant Shelter - April 29th close with commerce for money to do septic and modular building. April 30 - is the date for providers to sign the MOU to continue to take part in Coordinated Entry. As soon as Olycap gets money.  Welcoming Center -  Closed Sunday. Looking to ask the upcoming renters of Pope Marine to look elsewhere - if you know any of these organizations please ask them to contact Julia 360 821-1926   Yacht Club not available.  Porta Potty on Larry Scott Trail - Apple The Mill is getting ready to ask campers to leave their property and move onto county property. Looking at putting 2 porta potties at the intersection with the Trail. Currently campers are sneaking into Caswell Brown or going to the not so nearby gas station. Funds for water pollution mitigation may be available. Board of County Commissioners meeting on Monday 2 PM -  there will be a public comment period.  Apple asking for approval to use these funds. Considering water. And trash cans. If someone can figure out how to provide water - The Help Now Fund - Julia - will figure out how to pay for it. This is all about a “supported encampment”.  Matt - the mill and police visited everyone on Mill Land and told them they are on Mill Land and need to move, and posted signs saying such. The Mill is going to do a sweep of the woods soon. Last meeting Mike McCutcheon talked about working with the mill to move people on. Matt is not sure that adding people to the existing encampment on Mill Road  Matt - encampment news - something has happened that has caused a slow down in the process. Viola is meeting with Matt to talk about the delay which may be a required public hearing. Might be a year delay. The Hospital just bought the building that people were looking at for an urban rest stop.  County, city, hospital properties that are unused will be on a gis tool that Greg will share.  It is a new normal that the shelter is full during the summer.  HB 2442 - funding opportunities.
