I don't see that it would affect property values in the area unless it somehow blocks someone's view, and
it doesn't seem to.
I'm puzzled that in one place the SEPA says there is no recreation component, and in another it says the
following, which doesn't seem to have much to do with the tower.
RECREATION
This proposal would provide 100 spaces for people to rent for the placement of their own RV and park
models. RV's and park models are intended for recreation use. The checklist description is adequate.

Hi Jeff, neighbors question whether a proposed cell tower would reduce property values.
I do not believe that there are any documented studies that cell towers affect property values.
I wanted to say that I routed the application to you for my record.
By the way we do not usually send land use decisions (other than land division) to the assessor's as
they don't affect property values in my opinion.
