Price St. Improvement Project County Road 667009, M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.25 County Road Project No. CR-1806 To: Statement of Issue: The Board is asked to approve the 'Call for Bids' for the above referenced County Road Project No. CR-1806. Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's 8: Con's: Execution of the Call for Bids will allow for the advertisement of this project for construction. This project will consist of roadway reconstruction including improvements to width, alignment, surfacing, and drainage, and will include construction of pedestrian facilities. FiscallmpactlCost Benefit Analysis: The Engineer's Estimate is $212,643.14. This project is listed as priority item 5 on the 2011-2016 Six Year Transportation Improvement Program, and as item 4 on the 2011 Annual Construction Program. This improvement project will be funded with local roads funds. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize the chair to sign the Call for Bids where indicated and return a copy to Public Works (attn: Dale Seward).
