A few years ago, the Supreme Court stripped certain wetlands and other waterways from Clean Water Act safeguards. This rolled back decades of critical protections. Thanks to this Sackett
v. EPA decision, waterways across the country are vulnerable to pollution and degradation. We must restore these protections for wetlands that feed our drinking water and protect against
flooding.

grateful to the states that are stepping up, waters don't stay within state boundaries. That's why we need to do more to restore lost protections for wetlands and waterways across the
