JCPH will continue to work towards bringing additional business participation In the Green Business Program, encouraging waste and pollution reduction and conservation of valuable resources. As part of waste reduction and recycling, JCPH will continue to provlde education and outreach to residents of Jefferson County, regarding solid waste, to encourage waste reduction, re-use and recycling. FISCAL IMPACT ICOST BENEFIT ANALYSIS: This amendment Is funded by the Department of Ecol amendment Is $2,605.
