Disciplinary investigations are among the most challenging responsibilities faced by fire service leaders. Allegations involving misconduct, credibility disputes, employee rights, toxic
workplace behavior, and potential legal exposure require far more than a basic understanding of departmental policies. This is an intensive two-day program designed for fire officers,
