1. CALL TO ORDER, INTRODUCTIONS, and ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM - LEPC Chair
2. PUBLIC COMMENT (15 min total, 3 min. per person) (See attached comments, questions & responses
submitted prior to meeting) - LEPC Chair, LEPC Coordinator.
3. DISCUSSION and POTENTIAL APPROVAL OF April 8, 2026, MEETING MINUTES, LEPC Coordinator
4. MOTION, DISCUSSION, AND POTENTIAL APPROVAL OF BOARD MEMBERS - The LEPC Board will elect the
following board members to a two-year term on the LEPC Board as Voting Members: Timothy McKern,
Andrew Stockton, Apple Martine, Thomas Olson, Tim Callister and Bret Black.
5. SPILL PREVENTION, PREPAREDNESS, RESPONSE PROGRAM – SPILL REPORT, Washington Department of
Ecology.
6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS and CLOSING REMARKS - Vice Chair, LEPC Coordinator & Members.
7. ADJOURNMENT
