Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC)
Special Meeting Minutes October 10, 2025 – 8:30 a.m.

Members: Chair Heather Dudley-Nollette, Amy Neil, Kevin Wooley, Dan Ventura and Tara McCauley
Staff: LTAC Clerk Adiel McKnight
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Dudley-Nollette called the meeting to order at the appointed time.
Members Neil, Wooley and Ventura were present. Member McCauley joined the meeting shortly after it
began.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Chair Dudley-Nollette opened the floor for public comments, and four
comments were received.
DISCUSSION re: LTAC DELIBERATIONS ON RFP AWARDS; FUNDING AVAILABLE is
$900,000: LTAC members continued discussions on the RFP awards but were unable to conclude awards.
Chair Dudley-Nollette opened the floor for public comments, and one comment was received. This was
continued to a future meeting.

BUILDING FUNDING PROCESS: This was tabled for a future meeting.
FUTURE MEETING AGENDA ITEMS: Not discussed.
CLOSING REMARKS: The Members agreed to schedule another special LTAC meeting for October 28,
2025 at 11:00 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT: Chair Dudley-Nollette adjourned the meeting at 10:03 a.m. until the next regular or
special meeting as properly noticed.
