Dear County Partner,
Six years ago, we requested your feedback on where our agency should focus our efforts to reach our mission of "ensuring the success and accountability of all Washington county road
departments." We read through every single insight and took them to heart as we developed and implemented our strategic plan for 2021-2025.
It has been busy few years at CRAB and we want to take the time to reflect on what has been accomplished over these last five years and assess where we are at before we determine what
our goals ought to be for the NEXT five years.
We simply cannot do it without you.
We would appreciate your thoughts on where we've succeeded, candid feedback on where we need to improve, and insights on where we need to head in the future to best serve you.
