SUBJECT: ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENTS (2) re: Jefferson County Parks
and Recreation Advisory Board(JCPRAB); Karin Nyrop, District 3; Susie
Marshall, District 3
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board(JCPRAB)have three (3)positions which
expired in May 2026 for District 2 and 3. An advertisement was placed to fill these positions.
No new applications were received. Two of the members from District 3 have submitted their requests to be
reappointed.
ANALYSIS:
Board members Karin Nyrop and Susie Marshall have submitted their requests to continue to serve on the
Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
RECOMMENDATION
JCPRAB members and County staff recommend that the Board approve the letter of reappointments for the
following individuals:
• Karin Nyrop, District 3 - Two (2)year term expiring July 13, 2028
• Susie Marshall, District 3 - Two (2)year term expiring July 13, 2028
