PITTS, DISTRICT 3 February 14, 1985 Brian Shelton, Director Public Works Department Re: Employee Request for Leave of Absence; Susan I. Finley As per your recommendation, we hereby approve a leave of absence for Susan I. Finley for the entire month of February 1985 (Feb- ruary 1st thru 28th). In conformance with the county Personnel Policy, Resolution No. 25-82, the following regulations apply to all employee requests for leave of absence when they are not so covered under their Union Contract: Chapter 5.3 When an employee is on leave of absence in excess of fifteen (15) days, no annual leave shall be accumulated during the leave of absence. Chapter 5.6 Any leave of absence shall be without pay and all county benefits of the employee shall cease during the period of the leave of absence. Mrs. Finley may make arrangements with the Auditor's Office to personally pay her insurance premiums to insure no lapse of cover- age while on leave. If any unearned insurance premiums have been paid by the County in her behalf while she has been off work, it will be necessary for her to reimburse the County for the full amount paid. John L.
