This is an in-person event but it will be available to attend remotely and the recording will be made public after the event. Currently all four candidates for County Commissioner will be in attendance, as well as five of the District 24 Candidates. Candidates will have one (1) minute to respond to the question. Questions or Topics are not being provided in advance to any of the Candidates. Candidates will need to be prepared to answer spontaneously. * Opening Statements: Each candidate will have a two (2) minute opening statement by an opening question from the Moderator. * The Moderator will ask the questions, each candidate will have the opportunity to answer them. Answering a question is optional (you don’t have to answer a question). * Rebuttals: After each round of questions, candidates may receive 30-seconds for a rebuttal or follow-up. * Direct Response: If a candidate’s name is invoked that candidate will have the first chance for rebuttal, and will receive a 30-second response window. * TIME PERMITTING: If time permits a 15-20 minute open public question period will be offered to the attendees in the room. * Closing Statements: Each candidate will have one (1) minute for a closing statement. Please note that no interruptions will be permitted, and respectful civil conduct is required from all participants and attendees. The forum will also be recorded and made publicly available after the event. QUESTIONS?
