5. Reports
• Expenditure Reports – Brenda - 37.5% is target, General Fund at 38.35%, Other Funds at 30.34%. Discussion of the few funds over target.
• Revenue Reports – Judy – At 42.6%, down from previous years largely due to dip in
sales tax this year and road fund diversion, Other Fund at 43.3%, up from previous year partially due to road diversion plus TBD and Special Revenue Funds. Discussion of fund 204 and GAN implications.
• General fund balance - $5.6M, Reserve at $4.5M, NRCB at $1.2M
• Sales Tax - at $2.7M / 32%, down 12% from budget and 15% from 2025. Discussion of changes by sector.
• REET – at $476,493, up from budget
• Hotel/Motel – at 31.36% of budget, up 16% from budget, down 3% from previous year 6. Additional topics as determined – None. Second quarter budget appropriations will be on Laserfiche soon, hearing July 6th. Discussion of financial planning and Parks Levy implications.
