Years ago there was a big push to fund prevention, it was a best practice. Unfortunately, they found that this didn't affect homeless numbers in the same way. People who were homeless stayed homeless. And when they stopped and shifted to focusing on emergency shelter and rapid rehousing, they found people who would be eligible for prevention figured it out. they did not enter homelessness at the rate that was expected. 02:02:12 Viola Ware, OlyCAP: A woman on the street has a decreased life expectancy by 35 years. 02:03:28 Julia Cochrane, just Julia, land of the S'Klallum & Chimacum: Not sure who besides me is reading the chat, or that it is part of the public record. 02:04:00 Viola Ware, OlyCAP: I did not want to take too much time in my comment 02:09:25 Chambers: The chat is part of the public record 02:23:20 Julia Cochrane, just Julia, land of the S'Klallum & Chimacum: Thank you Greg.
