There seems to be an echo in the main room. 14:51:40 From Apple Martine : Is the audio online better now? 14:57:16 From Thomas Olson, Port Townsend PD : yes, thank you. 15:03:05 From Bret Black : Support of existing programs does not seem to be equally applied. 15:03:39 From Beulah She/her Dove House Advocacy Services : am i understanding that you are only funding these 7 projects 15:04:00 From Bret Black : yeah, are these the final awardees? 15:04:33 From Beulah She/her Dove House Advocacy Services : where are the rest of the scores on the other grants and we are not funding any adults needing services? 15:06:10 From Bret Black : Can we please see all the scores, specifically the objective scoring rubric? 15:08:00 From Michelle Dower - Olympic ESD 114 : It seems like the scoring will be helpful for us to understand how selections were made. 15:09:31 From Michelle Dower - Olympic ESD 114 : Is it possible for us to see our own score vs. everyones? 15:09:40 From Heather McRae-Woolf (The Benji Project) : I wonder if every applicant could receive a copy of their own scores? 15:31:39 From Michelle Dower - Olympic ESD 114 : Agree, I am only requesting to see my score. 15:32:08 From Beulah She/her Dove House Advocacy Services : because of the funds being government funds and it being open to the public I think we have the right to see all of the scores 15:32:36 From AJ Feit, LICSW, SUDPT - PTPD Recovery Navigator : I believe this came up in February during that meeting. My suggestion then was mainly to publish a Mission Statement so that both veteran and new BHAC members know where annual funding matches up with the priorities we are all charged with safeguarding through the prudent distribution of year to year funding. Perhaps even a 3-5 year summary would be helpful to orient members. 15:33:32 From Andy Pernsteiner : Reacted to "I believe this came up in February during that meeting. I love kids, but it seems there should be some demographic equity to spread the positive impact of these funds. 15:41:48 From Beulah She/her Dove House Advocacy Services : were interview done or not in this process? DId i you contact some rfp folks for clarity ? 15:49:31 From Beulah She/her Dove House Advocacy Services : It may not have had scoring but it came up before that they did not want us to put in more than one application , 16:20:56 From Michelle Dower - Olympic ESD 114 : Another idea is to approve funding for 2027 and re group for 2028 funding. 16:22:40 From Beulah She/her Dove House Advocacy Services : i think it is worth looking at the ordinance that allows the county to have this tax in place ORDINANCE no. 08-1003-05 16:28:49 From Yolanda Wilde-Dove House Advocacy Services : We keep talking about making decisions in a vacuum and it seems difficult to make a decision without all the information. The ordinance for the tax is clear about chemical dependency, mental health, and therapeutic court programs in the area. Did the committee look over this ordinance before deciding?
